OSTC Staff Member Agreement
This agreement will govern the terms, nature, and conditions of your employment by OnStage Theater Camp.
Dates of Employment
This agreement is for your employment for the Summer 2024 Season, June 30 to July 25, 2025 and is subject to all of the provisions this agreement contains.
Salary
Your salary will be paid in 2 installments over the course of your employment. The first will be Friday July 11, 2025, and the second will be Friday July 25, 2025.
Performance Dates
You are expected to be present during the performance dates of July 23 to July 24, 2025. If for any reason you have a conflict with these dates, you need to notify Michael Altmann before the first day of camp.
Staff Guidelines
As a staff member of OnStage Theater camp, you will need to follow the following policies and procedures. (Note- a full code of conduct policy will be presented at the meeting held before camp, time and date TBA)
Employees are to arrive by 8:45am and can leave after the counselor meeting at the end of the day (approximately 2:15pm).
The appropriate dress attire is as follows:
Presentable shorts/pants and shirts
No attire will contain rips or holes
Lunch will be eaten each day with your campers.
Future Employment
You will be informed by or before March 1, 2026 if you are welcome to return as an employee to camp for the Summer 2026 Season.
